As the coronavirus situation has impacted a number of our customers, We're here to help when times get a little tough. We have programs in place and work with local organizations to provide you with the assistance you need to stay current with your utility bill.

The Anaheim Public Utilities Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Emergency Assistance Program provides financial assistance to residential customers facing a temporary financial hardship. Eligible customers who are unable to pay the electric and/or water portion of their utility bill due to coronavirus may receive a bill credit of up to $350 per household as coronavirus related emergency payment assistance.
