Bellevue Pocket Park

Bellevue Header_5

The City of Anaheim has an opportunity to seek State funding to create a brand new park for our residents. Bellevue Park will be located between West Bellevue Drive and Interstate 5 (major cross streets are Harbor Boulevard and South Street).
The City has used input from the community to develop three potential concept plans, and we welcome your input as we select a final concept design for the park and seek grant funding.

Take a look at the three concepts and fill out the survey to let us know which one you prefer!

You can also give us feedback by emailing Bellevue@anaheim.net.

Where is it?

Situated within a residential neighborhood west of Harbor Boulevard and south of Broadway, this potential park space lies between W. Bellevue Drive and the I-5 freeway.

Why do we need it?

If developed into a park, this property would give residents a new place to exercise, picnic, and play. Shade trees and additional landscaping would help to cool the area and clean the air.

What could it look like?

In the city of Anaheim, pocket parks generally contain picnic facilities, landscaping, artwork, open turf areas, or other improvements planned through community involvement.

This is where we need your help! Tell us what you would like to see at this site.

Here are some things to consider:

  • Think pocket-size -  the property is similar to the size of two residential home lots in the area.
  • Think about recreation features - what types of things would make the park fun, beautiful, and safe?
  • Think about location - where should amenities be located within the park?
